Shipping policy

Order Processing All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and delivery address. We ship within the United States only. Standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days after your order has been processed.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Damaged or Lost Packages We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are unable to redirect packages once they have shipped. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
